New 90 gall almost done

This is my second saltwater tank coming from a 20gall. All that is left to do is clean some of the marks on the inside of the glass and add fish. I am running a simple system with the blue bucket being my RO water for auto top off. Lights are on a timer but I do need to know how long I should run them. Currently i have the LED(blue,white,red) running from 10am-8pm and the blue T5 running 9am-9pm. I also need some chaetomorpha for my refugium and lights for it. It is still a little cloudy from the sand. It has been running for less than 24hrs. I used live sand and the sand and rocks from my established 20 gall.

And opinions and tips would be greatly appreciated

Most people run actinic lighting for 10-12 hours, most run the lights at peak for around 8 hrs.
