Get some that adjust speed and direction. I use 2 of the jebao wavemakers. Placed on both sides, 1/3 of the way down pointed upward and at each other.

gonna be running the neptune controls but have not had a chance to research option for wavemakers yet assuming there brands that work with there control systems

Oolite... the substrate you love to hate! (yes, I also have oolite) One thing you could try is 4x Nero3 or Nero5’s along the back of the tank. You can control them through the MyAI app.

I have a pair of ReefWave 45’s that I control through the ReefBeat app (I just use the Neptune to turn them on/off in feed mode).

copy that wavemaking is going to be frustrating for sure but had to do the oolite
