My wife always told me not to trust any new vendor on R2R likes Omega Coral. Their web site is full of high end corals with vivid color photo and some with hefty price tag too. Unfortunately, my brain agreed with my wife, but my fingers had already sent in the order!! Because of my multiple past bad experiences buying online with rainbow colored photo corals and end up brownish color on arrival, I was very worry about making another mistake. However, I received multiple notifications/ communications with them in regarding to the process of my order, order detail, shipping time, tracking info, even their LED light setting for the coral, and the shipment arrived as we planned. They definitely have good communication, very fast shipping and excellent service. When package finally arrived, I was very afraid to open it up because my wife was standing next to me with her face all wrinkled up and ready to expose. When I finally “forced” to open the box, I was very surprise to find the vibrant color of the coral which looked even better than their photo. Lucky for me, my wife just mumbled “Mama Mia” and she even volunteered to put it in the tank for me.
Thanks for the great service and beautiful coral, will definite order again
