what kind of mush is this and placement ideas here are pics of my tank and specimen

Looks to be ricordea. Medium light, medium/low flow.

How bad g do they get

Half dollar or a little bigger. They grew pretty fast as well.

Will they multiply rapidly?

They can. I'm my experience discoma grew the fastest, ricordea grew quickly and rhodactis grew the slowest.

I have a pink and blue one. It's about 6 months old and hasn't split yet. Hopefully soon. Getting bigger and longer one way.
