New Additions From Panama City Beach

So I took the family to PCB this weekend. Me being me I had to check out the Local LFS scene. I found an amazing store with great owners and even better prices. I walked out the door with a bonded pair clowns( 1 black Ice, 1 Snowflake), a green bubble tip, a Long tentacle anemone, and my wife had to have a blue spotted puffer( crossing my fingers with him in my reef) well this was bought on Saturday as they were closed on Sunday, but we were not leaving until Sunday afternoon. oops what did I do.... over 24 hours then a 5 hour drive...well I got to thinking and hit the local Walmart. found a 25 watt heater, a bait bucket with battery powered blubber and hit the hotel. I put everyone in the bucket with the blubber and heater and went on my way... night comes and water is smelling not so great... what do I do, I head to the beach and do a WC. I did another WC before hitting the road. got home last night dripped everything, and happy to say everyone is doing well! anyone else have any crazy stores like that? I am still proud of myself and feel my reach has gotten that much further.

it was a risk, but i think it went well. but where i live overnight shipping can take 2 plus days... so this was a much safer option.

Nothing quite like that with fish, but there was that time I stuck a two-and-a-half-foot bonnethead shark's nose into a five gallon bucket, slung it over the handlebars of my bicycle and pedaled like a maniac across Key West to the public aquarium there ... shark made it, and I kept both my kneecaps. Then there was the time I transported a black widow spider back from vacation for a friend ... in the same car as my wife and mother-in-law . . . without, umm ... telling them . . .

Transporting livestock always makes your day more interesting - congratulations on finding a great solution!
