Hi everyone,
My new Apex AFS I bought at ReefAPalloza is not being recognized by my Apex lite. They are connected via aquabus and I have tried different aquabus cables and ports but the AFS will neither turn green or show up on Apex Fusion or the display. It just blinks yellow or turns solid yellow, seemingly randomly.
If I have one aquabus going to the AFS from the Apex Lite brain and the display plugged into the other aquabus port, the display functions as usual. So I do not understand if this is a hardware issue or software.
My Apex is updated to the most current firmware. The AFS does not show up anywhere; outlets, modules, etc.
Please help! I tried calling Neptune Systems a few times but always get their voice mail, and need to get this going ASAP because I am leaving on Wednesday!
