This new algea has been popping up in same spot for the last couple weeks. It does seem to be a little larger spit each time it grows back. I remove it with large tweezers as it's hard to grab onto.

Not really any other algea issue, run sump with cheato and red ogo and lettuce looking macro.
Any idea what type algea this is and better way to get rid of it. It's not terrible looking but I'm sure it will keep taking over my valuable rockscape. Thx thx for any tips
