I have a 55 gallon aquarium with 6 chromis, some corals, and a ton of nooks/crannies. I’ve just added a new Long Tentacle Anemone to the tank tonight, it bedded into the sand almost immediately so I figured I was in the clear, corals were good, and I turned a movie on. Now a few hours later and 3 chromis have vanished. They aren’t known to hide much in the tank... the other 3 are schooled together. Can one LTA eat 3 chromis that quickly??? Is there a way to tell that the LTA just had a feast? I fed the chromis before the movie and all 6 were extremely active. . .

Welcome to R2R! I kinda doubt that it ate them all. Even if it ate one, you'd probably see some sign of the feast within the first couple of hours. More than likely they just got wigged out by the new addition, and are laying low.
