New Anemone won't open up?

I got a new anemone about 2 weeks ago and I drip acclimated it and then put it in the aquarium and it opened up that day really well but then started shrinking down and closing up it came back again and then shrunk again. My other anemone is fine and my water parameters are good but I did have a bad case of cyno and diatoms but its cleaning up finally. Would that have been the cause? I tried feeding it and it took the food and looked like it was going to eat it but then let it go. It's not trying to walk anywhere but it puffs up and then closes back up like its eating something?

Um that's odd ,it's probably acclimating to your water and light nemones usually expelled waste deflating don't feed it yet until it settle's
What lights are you using? And was it in different lights than the ones you have it on now.?

I'm using an odyssey 48 3W led light on it im not sure what it was under before

I'm not familiar with leds but I look at it and is seems pretty good for that fixture
Only thing is to wait if it needs more light it will move up
May be some one else probably can give you a better advice
The only think I can say for now is acclimating, I had one that did that too and would only open at night I ended taking it back to the lfs they gave me a different one some times nems are weird, there very sensitive to water changes hopefully it'll get better soon
