New Anthias Dying. Diagnose Please

I added 3 lyretails 4 days ago and one is obviously close to death. Is this a bacterial infection? Treatment possible?

The picture isn't very clear, but newly acquired anthias often develop Uronema infections that really look like bacteria, but are caused by protozoans. Here is an article I posted about that issue:


Trouble is, now that we can't source chloroquine, there isn't really any treatment for this. It does not always spread to other fish in the group though.
