New Anthias with questionable fin marks

Hi! I received a trio of Lyretail Anthia females last week from DD and are currently in QT. All looked perfect all week and have been social and eating very well but today I see the middle sized one has marks on her fins. She did arrive with some of her tail missing a bit but looked like the big one had nipped at her a bit so I didn’t think much of it. Here are some pictures. It sure what this is. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That could just be damage from the looks. Just keep an eye on it. Beautiful fish!

That would be great news. The marks do look like white dots though. None are on the body just the fin tips. I failed to mention she hides the most of the 3 so I know she is getting picked on a bit. The second to last picture clearly shows the fin edges with marks.

I agree with Denver, it looks like pecking damage to me.

If it is aggression maybe putting more PVC pipes/tubes in the qt might help diffuses the aggression a little more. In my experience there tends to be more aggression in a wide open tank compared to one where the fish don't constantly get to see each other all the time.
Also keep an eye out for uronema which seems to target chromes and Anthias more.
If you are going to treat with any meds, it might be a good idea to remove the sand depending on what meds you are going to use.

Thank you guys! I’ll keep an eye out. I do have a BB hospital tank for medicating. This is just for observation and feeding.

No the don’t look like lympho and they have seemed to clear up quickly today. Really think it was just picking. Thank you all
