Im getting my unit on Thursday, and was told there should be a new firmware update by then...seems like they are working on the connectivity drops now and soon well have that corrected as well. Fingers crossed

... I am happy I have a milwaukee refractometer. I think i will be ordering more calibration fluid today.
I think when your the first one with the "new" and latest product you are at risk of this happening no matter what you have. I know it sucks and it is not fair, but it just the way it goes sometimes. The good thing is that Neptune has a good rep and they will get it fixed and will make it right for you. We all hope you guys with troubles get this fixed and fixed quickly.
