New Apex ATK will not shut off

So i have brand new ATK and went through programing and it will not shut off
I also noticed that on youtube it shows that after setup one of the switches should show closed
but mine wont, it was doing this before so i replaced it with new one, so i cant except that it is a faulty ATK because this one is brand new
so it has to be a setting, please help
