Support answered my call right away which is a big plus, but they couldn't get me working. I'll have to set up a time with tier 2 support.

I'm able to see the apex and connect directly via wifi, but can't get it to communicate to my local network directly. After adding the password details it just sits there and spins forever. Any suggestions?

Trying to give these guys the benefit of doubt, but this does not seem like a consumer level product so far.

They can actually go on your computer and manually set it up

That's what I'm waiting to schedule. I don't see the point personally because there I doubt there is much they can do that I couldn't. I'd rather they just send me the troubleshooting steps.

I'm going to try running a hard line to my router from the apex tonight and see if I can get it configured that way. I'm itching to get my auto water changes going with this shiny new Dos.

Got it working. I connected the apex directly to my router was able to get the wifi setup. This was far easier than the recommended steps of connecting directly to the unit via wifi etc.

I can't get my DOS to start on it's program. Am I missing something? I calibrated it, have it all setup and I can manually work it using the prime buttons or setting them to "on". I'm trying to use them for an auto WC. I setup the intervals on each respectively and it looks correct, but after uploading the configuration they don't do anything. This is the setup on the dirty SW pump. I tried making sure I set it to start a few minutes after I made updates, and tried making sure current system time was inside of the window. I even set the volume very high to make sure it wasn't just in wait mode or something.

The dos lights are blue currently, but I have seen them go orange.
