I have a AquaMax 1.0 and I've been having issues with the foam bubbles escaping though the sides of the collection cup. Ive turned the screw that tightens the side but some bubbles still get through

I've had the 1.5 for about a month. I really like. Pulls nice dark skim out everyday.

I have the 1.5 on a 28g nanocube and I have instantly seen better water clarity AND its skimming filth already. Fewer microbubbles than I expected (I heard some skimmer's "break-in" can be savage with the microbubbles) but I believe those bubbles really helped my tank than hurt in this situation. The manual says it takes 2-3 weeks to work at optimal performance but not having a skimmer for a month or so I can say its already worth the investment. It was just what I needed. I had questions about cleaning as well as always R2R had a thread for this..thanks all for input.
