Finally starting to love my tank, after a few loses (2 clowns to ich, 6 snails, 2 hermits, star polyp)very frustrating and discouraging :( i have finally finished putting my sump/refug in with a siphon into the overflow then down to the sump and back to the DT with a pump, flow is better than ever in DT with the extra pump from using siphon instead for overflow. currently have 2 blue legged hermits and they seem to be doing good thinking about adding more CUC soon to see how they do and slowly adding a few lowlight corals...any ideas on those? then hopefully some fish! wish me luck ive been waiting so long to begin adding again finally feel like things are looking up for my tank after 8 months of running it:dance:

what is a good hardy fish to start with that will go well with clowns when i get them in the far future

Chromis are hardy. Angel fish. clowns are usually pretty tough. I just started my tank with two chromis and both seem to be fighting threw the cycle.

Cardinals are very hardy never had luck with chromis. Tangs have always been one of my favorites.
