Take the deal , if you get the 25 gal and upgrade in the further your going to spend more money in the long run .

Just take into account the extra money a larger tank would cost in equipment. If you can reasonably budget for that, then go for it.

A 25 gallon nuvo with stand is $550 in the US, so that seems like a great deal if it comes with both tank and stand. Of course, your cost of lights and equipment is going to go up with a bigger tank too, so that's something to think about depending on your budget.

I would take that. Better to start with what you want then have to buy small and then significantly upgrade.

Something to keep in mind... tank and stand are just a small part of total cost to set up a reef, lighting for a 72” tank isn’t going to be cheap.
+1

But with that said you'll be spending even more in the long run if you end up getting two setups. I learned that the hard way. I had a 29 gallon for about a month before I gave in to the upgrade to a 74 gallon. I spent a lot of money on things for the 29 gallon that can't be used for the 75, or could have gotten better deals and whatnot if I'd just started where I wanted to be.

Thanks for the answers! Unfortunately I already started my 25g aquarium a few days ago. So buying the right size from the start is a train I missed...:(

After a closer look at the standard shipping didnt included Sweden. I will send them a mail and see if it is possible for them to ship such a large aquarium to Sweden.

Update: They were able to ship to Sweden. Quite hefty shipment cost though, like 250 USD. I asked for a offer in which everything I'll need for a good start. With a little bit of luck I can discuss the price:)

That’s good to hear

The deal must be taken!

I am not sure what your experience level is, but starting small and working your way up is not a bad plan. This hobby has a ton of people that leave within a year. Starting small allows you to make all the mistakes that come with learning without an obscene investment. Just my thoughts. Either way, good look with the new setup(s).

Haha will be really interesting to see what they can offer for the "all-inclusive"! My main concern (except shipping etc) is that I just started my first 20g tank a few weeks ago, and I havent even finished the cycling process. Maybe I will be bored at the hobby in one year or so:oops:
