That's not good, looks like some kinda bactrial infection thatis causing rot.....Dips won't hlep if the infection is inside the polyps either.....Might want to try Furan2, just like on the Zoa pox.....Couldn't hurt to try and save what you can. Furan2 is for bactrial infection but don't know if it will work if the infection is inside the polyp....Just an idea...

I have not noticed the green/brown crust. Mine just stop opening, then slowly wither and dissappear. Mine are very easy to peel off the rock they came on. I looked at the under side of them and they did not look healthy.
