it’s acclimating to your new tank. no need to freak out at this point. making any drastic changes will make it even more stressed out.
:) I know it is acclimating but never see this bad situation when acclimating

i’ve seen it many times and it’s not always detrimental. i wouldn’t make any changes at all for now. just keep watching it.

looking good bud. Hopefully it continues to improve.

ALso don't freak out if at some point tonight it deflates and changes it's water. By tomorrow about 2 hours after lights on you'll have a good idea of how it's doing. Obviously repeated deflation will be a problem, but I would call it expected tonight considering the shape it arrived in.

Rooting al the way in, mouth is closing.
Now my question is, will he kill the little guys next to him?

Looking good. BTAs are so resilient. BTAs don't kill each other. If the bigger one block the light from the small one, the small one will move.

I was concerned as many were from the first pic. (Just now seeing your thread)

It looks great.

Good job on the care!

Just an update. He just shrink a bit ago, but does not look deflated, seem like a good sign, nem sometime shrink when lights are off. I will check how he react when lights are up. Observing by a camera from work, cannot tell how the mouth is looking. :)
