new build

I am in the process of starting to do a new build. I already know that tank i'll be getting. just haven't got it yet. what I will be getting is the following.
sump
new protein skimmer
uv
new sand( I think) or I just might reuse the sand I have and add more after rinsing the old sand with fresh water.
more rock
the lights I am going to utilize what I currently have. extremely happy with them. sbreef lights

I am not sure what sump to get or what I need to look for. I'm getting a 90 gallon marineland reef ready tank.
the protein skimmer not sure. the pump will have to be strong enough to utilize a co2 scrubber and possibly run a line to the outside. I'm not going to deal with having to adjust the skimmer very couple of day. one adjustment and bam no more adjustments needed. thinking reef octopus or red sea skimmer. but I will need to atleast utilize a co2 scrubber. since I can't get the co2 issue resolved with out it.
