New Calcium reactor

Can you post the trident settings to control a cal reactor’s solenoid?

I’ve seen it done in 2019, but all the typed in fallback settings looked really confusing… ;Wacky

Is this red stuff coming out of my carbon doser bad? It is more like hard silicon or glue

I don't see anything like that on mine. Does it wipe off easily? Maybe some sort of sealer for the threads and stuff. Doubt it's an issue as the CO2 wouldn't be picking any of it up.

It wiped off pretty easily

I guess just keep an eye on it if everything else appears to be working properly. I think that is the emergency pressure relief valve so there shouldn't be anything coming out of there. So if it comes back you might want to contact the company just to make sure there isn't a problem with the unit.

i would not hook up the reactor till your test kits tell you that you need it running. its not even possible to dial it in till you have the demand from the tank.
