Hello, my tank has been running for about a month. It has some snails and a wheeler goby, not quite sure what these are, can anyone help?

This hairy and fuzzy stuff loosely attaches to your rock and is known as calothrix. It is a relative of cyano grouping and a sign of elevated phosphate or overfeeding as well as skimmer overflowing.
If youre using Tap water instead of RODI water or have low flow, this will build up. Remove rocks individually and scrub with a firm toothbrush in a container of tank water. After cleanup, return rock to tank and add snails such as :
Chiton
margarita
Ninja star
Nerite
trochus . . . . to follow up with cleanup
