hi, guys, about 5 days ago i bought a carpenter wrasse from my lfs it was beautiful and it eat very well but i sometimes when feeding it i see it scratch its body against the rocks i didn't see any white spot on him i mix the food with a little kent garlic extreme and mix its food with garlic every two days
im a little worried about it im scared if my other fish get sick and scared if its marine velvet cause i have a reef tank

Velvet typically causes rapid breathing, not scratching....but fully quarantining all new fish is best. Flukes are one thing that can cause scratching. Prazipro can be used in many reef tanks fairly well - it may harm featherdusters and really delicate corals. If you go that route, take the cup off your skimmer and aerate the tank- you’ll need to dose twice, a week apart.
