That looks like it was made with iredescent mosaic tiles!

It's a whole, maricultured piece (evident by the tag on it), which means it's unique in it's own right.

It is very nice. Love the coral swirls. Good find, would love to find one with that many random colors. But if it did not have name when you got it, than it is an un-named chalice.
