New clown fish added to tank

I bought a pair of clown fish added to my new saltwater tank, there always swimming in the middle and won't eat I only had them for about 6 hours also there the only fish I have in the tank? Any advice?

I'm not a saltwater expert AT ALL but I've had freshwater fish for over 20 years. Some of the same things apply. So...

Lots of questions...is the tank cycled or are you trying to use the fish to cycle it? How's your water parameters? Anywhere for the fish to shelter?

If the tank is already cycled, the water is within the right parameters and they have places to hide then it might be that they are just stressed from the trip home. Lots of fish don't eat the first few days.
