I know there are probably many reasons and really nothing I could do but thought I would toss this out there.

I got a new clown to go with my existing. He is smaller and except for a few mock charges has had no real conflict often times they are swimming together side by side and the larger clown does not let anyone near it. Its been in the tank 4 days and has not eaten. It seems fine, good color, swims around, comes up for food and looks at it has not from what I can see taken a bite.

I switch between pellets and frozen and soak in garlic somedays. Frozen is all different to mix it up.

any concerns or anything I can try? Or I just let him be

I would let him get acclimated usually clowns do this when new and added to a tank when an already established clown fish. He maybe intimidated to eat if the bigger clown is bullying. I would pay close attention that he’s not getting bullied and how no know diseases!

My last pair took 4-5 days before they started eating. Think they were confused about the food I was giving them.
