New Clownfish has parasites.

My new clownfish started getting these white spots this afternoon. I know it's a parasite but I have a hard time identifying what exactly it is. I'm hoping that i have caught it early enough. Right now I have Para Guard, QuICK cure, and garlic food additive available to me. The fish were put into a QT tank and have never been in my Dtank.. Any suggestions on what I should do. Fresh water dip? Do I need a different medication?

It's marine ich, Cryptocaryon irritan. A fresh water dip or bath is not indicated for this parasite, the parasite is too deeply embedded into the tissue.
