I just purchased my first fish for my new 40 Gallon Breeder, a pair of Clownfish. They seem to favor one corner of the tank. It's only been 8 hours and they seem to be doing fine. They ate, but they won't leave the corner of the tank. Is that normal for a new environment? (see attached video)

Thanks

Congrats on your new friends!

Most likely this is where your clowns are currently hosting. Which just means this is where there home is, they can always host some we're else. Overtime they should warm up and swim around more but you'll still see them go to their corner every now and again. I've had my clowns for six months and they still sleep in the corner but they come out in about during the day. I also got them a bubble tip, which they hang out in.

Edit: I just saw the video your clowns look pretty healthy. As long as they're still eating they are good!

Hopefully this helps!
