New clowns

Good morning.

Yesterday I added a pair of common clowns to my new tank.
When they left the bag one was laid on the side at the bottom gasping for air and the other went to the top gasping for air.
I did a 25 percent water change and looked like it saved them they are now hiding in rocks but looks the breathing is still high, but not like it was before.
PH 8.1
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
salinity 1.025
Water temp 25 degrees.

Is there anything else I can do to? Or is the water change enough?

Heavy breathing and low activity a sure sign of low oxygen levels.
Your fish breaths at the surface when wants oxygen and removing unwanted gases. The better the water flow the better this exchange.
Also did u qt them? Can be parasites as well. See if their skin is peeling or not. See what experts say
