So I am not planning on doing anything too extreme here, just wondering if any type of coral would grow with the lighting that I currently have. I currently have two light strips on a two way switch, click it down for white light and click it up for blue(night) light. They are nothing special, just lights. Would corals be able to survive with this light, something simple like a zoa? I am not really looking to upgrade. Tank pic included, sorry I don't have a pic of the lights at the moment.

Can’t really tell a brand or power. Just a simple white led and night blue led.

I am going to say.. no. Looks like at most 15 white led and the two blue. 15 white led is at most 45watts and most of the spectrum is not really useful for coral growth.
Get a couple T5 bulbs and run blue+ bulbs and you could keep some soft corals
