Hey everyone, I hope are having a good weekend!

I am new to saltwater but have 3 freshwater tanks. I have an Innovative marine AIO 14g tank which I started cycling about a but more than a month ago. I have a few questions if you can help me out.
First I am using an API test kit and I read 0.25 almost always in my saltwater but never my freshwater. I also checked my ready to go salt water for ammonia and also read 0.25 which I thought was strange. I do have a RODI system but It could be from the salt which is vibrant sea salt.

I just added a few corals a few days ago ( toadstool leather, GSP, warty mushroom, and a blue tip fuzzy mushroom) I was curious about the placement of these corals because they are opening and closing a lot especially the toadstool and the GSP. how should I acclimate them to my light ( like what should be my light schedule because I do not want a lot of algae to grow. This is my light:

I am also feeding them vitalis soft coral.
I just want to make sure I am on the right track and any tips for these corals would be super helpful! I added pictures of the tank to see if you have any recommendations of placements

Thank you a lot!

All the corals you just named are low to medium light can tolerate higher light but do fine in lower light I always like to start new corals on on the bottom and then work them up just to let you know green star polyps will spread fast and mushrooms will walk off The Rock and also spread fast keep that in mind when you do placement green star polyp I like to keep isolated on an island Rock so down the road you won't have to get rid of the rocks that they grow to just my opinion good luck and nice rock work you have going

Green star polyp will take over your tank if you let it and yes mushrooms walk as they reproduce they will keep walking

So you are saying I should place both the GPS and Mushrooms isolated ? and what should I do with the toad stool
