got some new stuff today and had a question on a green lobo if thats what it even called, i got it from a local guy that sells out of his house ,dont get me wrong his stuff is better than some of the lfs corals just wanted some opinions on placement and any other advice



not new but not advanced always wet behind the ears lol

it all depends on what it was kept under for lighting and what you have for lighting.

my branching green lobo turned orange when I got it I have that under medium/high lighting
my gold encrusting lobo likes med/ low light and my red branching lobo likes high light

start out under low-med light then move it up untill it finds a spot it likes

I have a green lobo under T5's and it's at the bottom. It's very happy there.

I would start it mid way in the tank

they can adapt to many types of lighting...start it at the bottome and move it up as you see fit and you'll probably find the sweet spot...
