New Corals to Display Tank Question

So I had lots of tissue recession on my torches and lost a couple of corals a few months back (chalice, frogspawn, and one baby hammer). I did cypro in tank treatment and everything was looking great for a while. Got a few new corals and they (cotton candy colony and some zoas) are doing okay, but the torch colony is slowly showing signs of tissue recession. Should we be KFC dipping all new incoming corals to avoid possible bacterial infections? Also, I think I might have dinos and/or cyano (red). I was told to use chemiclean after the cypro but did not. Should I use it now or treat with cyro again and then use the chemiclean? Thanks in advance! Parameters are as follows (I need to test more regularly as I might be having alk swings):
Alk: I try to keep at 9 (7.5 today, slowing bringing up over the next 2 days).
Calcium: 420
Mag: 1380ish maybe a little less
Ph: 8.1-8.2
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrates: 25-30
Phosphates: 0.1
(I will get an update on these numbers tomorrow for reference and to keep a better log)

I would say yes, but I just lost 1.5 torches to a bacterial infection of unknown origin, so...
