New critter I’ve never seen

1st time I’ve seen this guy in tank, he is eating off glass about 1/2” long little hair on top. What is it and should I pull it out of tank?

It is stomatella and the best algae eater you cannot buy but acquire as a hitchhiker.

Yeah, looks like stomatella. I wish I had some in my tank.

Guess I got lucky, four as big as it is I am surprised I have not seen it before. Here’s a better picture. Thanks for your quick response and your knowledge.
