So i was sitting in front of my tank after throwing in some food and I noticed these little things on a couple of my rocks maybe 20 total so I pulled one out and tried to get a good picture. If anyone can help Id these things it would be appreciated. I tried searching the internet for a little while but I figured if anyone could help me, it would be on here. Thanks guys.

Are limpets reef safe? I've had a couple corals that just seem ticked off lately like a hammer that is sucked up tight showing skeleton but definitely isn't dead it comes out some during the day but nothing like it should. Parameters have been steady this is the only new thing that I have noticed

What os your flow and lighting like in the area the hammer is in?

I'd say medium flow, and for lights I'm running 2 t5 bulbs and a fluval marine in a 2' deep tank. As far as par I'm not sure I've been waiting to rent a par meter because I plan on switching to all leds and ditching the lights I have now
