New Critters, please help identify

I just noticed these little guys in my tank. I have no clue what they are. I also noticed some of those little jellyfish guys that stay on the glass. My camera can’t get a photo of them. If you can identify either it would be very helpful, thank you.

Maybe the little creature on the sand is an amphipod, though it almost looks more like a tiny shrimp to me (it is hard to tell in the video since it is so small...).
Jellyfish on glass sounds like hydroids.

Thank you! hydroids is the name i was looking for and i’ll look into the amphipod or not.
