@Jay Hemdal thoughts? I have never seen anything like it, as most the time flukes look like little sesame seeds.

I think that is just an artifact - it’s green so maybe a bit of algae. Not a fluke for sure.

That's a relief but I'm still very confused about what happened. It did look to have some kind of seizure before it officially passed. Must be one of the things that you mentioned though
