I ordered 10 pounds of dry rock off of amazon for my 10 gallon tank, and in the description it says it is already pre-cured and "ready to use right away". ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUFUSR4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) How would I add it into my aquarium? Do I still soak it in distilled water before this? If so, for how long?

Also, I bought a bottle of bio-spira to help with the cycling process. I also have live sand. Can I add distilled water instead of RODI water? If so, would Prime conditioner be necessary? Also, if I do use prime, how long should I wait to add the bio-spira? Also, (sorry this is a heavy load of questions) would I just add the bio-spira and nothing else? I heard something about needing ammonia but I don't really want to buy a full bottle of pure ammonia. Does the bio-spira addition require an ammonia source? If so, how can i accomplish this specifically?

Sorry for a huge load of questions guys!!! I've been doing freshwater for around 5 years and I'm just getting into saltwater. I would really appreciate it if you guys could answer these questions. Can't thank you enough! By far, the best forum I have encountered.

Looks a lot like the "dry rock" I bought from Amazon in 40 lb quantities. I powerwashed it to remove loose material. Then glued it into the desired shapes I wanted in my tank using rock + superglue gel + Apoxie Sculpt (natural color) + superglue gel + rock. Let dry for a day or two. Placed into tank. Fill with saltwater. Added Biospira. Fed with a bit of fish food or pure ammonia (from Ace Hardware). Took about a month for the first cycle (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) to complete.
