Just saw these on eBay, looks like a kessil knockoff with a good spectrum. Any thoughts? http://m.ebay.com/itm/401058612373?_mwBanner=1

Looks interesting. The housing of the light and the control box looks a little iffy, and they throw more green and red in compared to the kessil. I'd be interested to see the internals and a demonstration of the light they give off.
