I bought 4 engineer goby last week, currently in QT. Over the last couple days, one of them started swimming funny, almost like it has a bent spine or as if it's dragging its tail along and has stopped eating. I tried target feeding it, but it just ignores the pellets right in front of it. I'm pretty confident there is something wrong, but don't know how I should proceed. Either I do nothing and hope it recovers or dies by itself or I euthanize it. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, this fish is in in distress and either this has stemmed from injury or may be a Neurological Issue.
The fish I hate to say appears moribund which is similar to state of comatose.
Many of these type of wrasses courtesy Of Jay encounter UNWD which shows neurological symptoms where it either cannot swim well, swims tail down or swims with a bent spine and despite all this, the wrasse will still attempt to feed and display no damage such as crashing into objects. Other could be depending where fish is from, cyanide capture which is delayed but the fish ends up in this state

Agree this could be an injury issue, or possibly from collection with cyanide. No real treatment for either issue. Do the other three all look good?

The others look health and eating. I'll keep watch for another few days, if his still not eating I'll probably euthanize it instead of letting it starve to death.
