I've just got a pair of Barlette anthias for 4 days, the male has come out to eat but the female is still hiding in the rock crevice. How long will it keep on hiding ? because I'm kinda worry since she has not eating anything from day 1. I'm feeding them a mixture frozen brine shrimp and baby brine shrimp. The male was going nut yesterday but not with the female. I'm overfeeding the tank 3 times per day in a hope that both will not starve to death.

Try mixing some thawed food with tank water. Put in turkey baster. Gently blow some of this in tank on opposite side of where female is hiding. While other fish are eating (on the other side) blow a little mixture so it floats by female.
When you feed with a baster you can control amounts put into tank. Blow small amounts a bit at a time (not all at once). This gives fish time to eat bits in water column without a lot of it falling into rock/sand uneaten.
Anthias are notorious for intimidating each other. Males intimidate females to maintain dominance. Top females dominate other females. Although you have not observed male doing this it still could be part of her reluctance. If not, she may just be adjusting to new environment. Bartletts are more aggressive anthias in pecking order behaviors.

Finally with anthias (if your tank is large enough) having more females with a male helps disperse aggression. Depending on size of your tank you could add more females. If you do this add true females. Be careful not to add a large female (that could be on the way to transitioning to male). Also larger females (like males) will dominate smaller females.
