I have a green Filefish in my Biocube right now, looks just like yours. I got him to eat the aptasia that was growing on my rock and the little bugger STILL hasn't touched them. It's been two months now and I'm starting to think I just have some bad luck because I bought a peppermint shrimp hoping maybe he'll take care of it. Nope.I’ve had this filefish for a couple of weeks. I really like his style. He kind of reminds me of a seahorse the way he glides around. I had a few aptasia and he’s seemed to have taken care of them. He eats my homemade frozen food (salmon, shrimp, scallops, mussel, nori, garlic), too, even jumping in the mix with my blue throat trigger. However, I have a stubborn and suddenly quick growing aptasia or májano that may be too much for him.
Lethermatt who eat filefish are hit and miss. They eat them or they dont.
