i sat down staring at my tank and saw some new things that i have no idea what they are and how they got there. FCFCF5F5-DA2E-4F84-923C-6E7D92966E2A.jpeg
Some clear looking things on rock and glass. Looks like a little ant.

Then i found this lingering in a hole in my rock

I can't make them out in your photos, but your description sounds a lot like munnid isopods.

Look those guys up, and see if we're getting close.

That’s exactly what they are.
What about the second aiptasia looking thingy

The one hidden in the hole behind the thing with the lines on it? (Shell?)

Yeah, that looks like Aiptasia.

Munnids are nice to have around, by the way.

I have no idea how that would get that. Is it possible for there to be more? And aiptasia x would be the next step or should i get a copperband or nudi?

If you can take the rock out and scrape it of. If can’t superglue it in its hideaway. Peppermint shrimp will eat aptasia as well. They hitchhike on rocks and coral frags.

Is what I circled what you are referring to? It looks suspiciously like aptasia.
