So I am still very new at the reef tank hobby. Have gone through a lot of ups and downs and I feel like I am finally understanding alittle more, but still have a lot to learn.
My tank is a 76 gallon tank with a HOB refugium and utilizing a canister filter for my biomedia and filtration.

Very nice tank! This does not look like a reefer’s first tank, no matter how new you claim to be :P

When did you set it up?

Why thank you!
I set it up July 2019.
I really don’t like my aquascape.Always tempted to change it but afraid I will mess up the tank somehow by removing some of the old and adding new lol

Try just making slow changes to the scape? Move a rock an inch or two one way each day and see if you get inspired. Create some negative space by gradually clustering some of the rocks.

But you don’t NEED to do anything. All up to you

how are you liking that urchin?!? Tank looks great!
Oh he is something else! Lol
We actually bought him for the comic relief when we first started the tank and he has never let us down lol
Plus he is just cool to watch as he moves around the tank.

I am sooo happy! I graduated today from a Penn Plax 1000 canister to a sump with a refugium!!

Major upgrade! Plus extra water volume. And the fuge is great for export. What kind of macro did you put in it?

I had a HOB fuge so I just took everything from it and placed it in the sump fuge. Right now I just have the sand with chaeto and dragons breath.

Then and now pics! Not the greatest pics. I need to upgrade my game lol
But Dec2019/Jan 2020 to the most recent Jan 2021. Finally some coral growth!!
