Hey Guys,

My fish list has grown once again. Last week I added a Chaoti wrasse, a pair of multibar angels, a juvenile red sea regal and some carberri Anthias.

The Chaoti wrasse hasn't taken any prepared foods yet. But after 10 days in the tank, I saw him last night and he looked good. So hopefully he is hunting and finding what he needs to stay happy and healthy.

The Carberri Anthias are out and active. They are eating, but not eating aggressively yet.

The Regal Angel has been eating, not enthusiastically but does come out to eat. I recently got the new TDO pellets from Reef Nutrition and fed those for the first time yesterday and he came out and eagerly ate those pellets. So will see if the enthusiam keeps up today.

Here are some of my new favorite fish, the pair of MultiBar angels. They are so cute, very active, constantly feeding off the rocks. They haven't taken any prepared foods, but I have a Venustus Angel as well that only feeds by picking. Occassionally I will see the Venustus hanging out with the multibar, but I have yet to be able to get a photo of that.

And here are just some shots of the tank overall...Lots of fish and lots of corals.

Hope you enjoy,

I've been thinking about a multibar angel. How much picking do they do in your tank?

Spscrazy.... The yellow tangs add lots of color and movement to the tank. Some of them are starting to get big, so I might consider moving them outside and replacing them with some tiny ones.

Fishlipz, All they do is pick from the rocks. I have been watching them closely and they have been leaving all the corals alone, so far. In addition to the pair of multibars, I have a pair of African Flamebacks, a Pair of Golden, A goldflake, a flame, a multicolor, a venustus and the regal angel. The Goldflake has taken out a couple of Red blasto colonies and some Red Zoas, but other than that they are all pretty well behaved.

Great looking fish. Hope you enjoy the regal, mine is my favorite. Do you have a link to your system?

Saltgator, I don't have a build thread, but I do have a live webcam --- 74.62.193.110 -- Lights are on from 4:30 till midnight PST. Its PTZ with a 54x zoom - So you can look all over the tank with pretty good detail.

Amazing tank and great group of fish you have Dave. Can we get a complete fish list when you have a chance?

Aquaph8,

Here is the fish list. It's not entirely accurate as I like to add lots of little blennies and gobies that dissapper in a tank my size. Just the other night I came across a Goby that I hadn't seen since it went in the tank 3+ months ago. There are also approximately 90 SPS colonies and 24+LPS.

Saltgator, The display tank is 96x33x29. I have a 100g sump for filtration, a 250 outdoor refugium/rock sump, a 400g geothermal tank buried in the ground, and a 5' fluidized sand filter.

That is beautiful! Looks like the Easter Bunny dropped every color he had in your tank!!

Caught my Venustus out this afternoon. This is such a pretty fish. I have had it for about 3 months and every day it seems to spend more and more time out and about in the tank. It doesn't like any of the food I add to the tank.

And I managed to catch the Mutlibars out and together.

You can see my Klauzinger Blenny popping his head out of the clam shell. It was a Ultra Crocea I had for over 2.5 years. And then I added a few Barnacles blennies, and one of them turned the clams mouth into it's cave and just kept sitting inside - literrally the clam... 2 days of that and the clam was toast. So now it's become a hangout spot for the Klauzinger.
