I have Chloroquine Phosphate (Ick Shield by NLS). I have a 20 gallon long.

Here is my proposed QT:

5 days: Treat with Paraguard in 10g
5 days: Treat with Praziquantel in 10g
21 days: 2 scoops of NLS Ick Shield (Chloroquine Phosphate) (double the dose) in my 20g Long

If I do that, is there any need to also do a 12 day Tank Transfer period?

My last QT was 12 days of TTM with praziquantel dosing on transfers 2 and 4. Then 6 weeks in 20G long (no treatment).

Since the NLS treats quite a bit, including Ick, am wondering if I need to do the TTM? Also, should I do the CP treatment first, followed by the 2 5 day treatments?

You're not gonna like this but ..... NLS Ick Shield is CP sourced from China. Therefore, there's no way to verify it's purity or effectiveness. One batch may be fine, the next may not. China does not have the strict QC methods for CP that the US, Canada and EU does. I've looked into this pretty deeply; a colleague of mine even tracked down the exact building in China where the CP is being produced. Very suspect at best...

Perhaps. I do know it worked on my clowns who showed the onset of brook. 3 weeks later (and still) they are perfectly fine. Maybe I got lucky. Who knows.

I don't like to treat with meds right away unless I see signs of a parasite. Seems like a lot of meds for a "what if". Let the fish sit in qt for a while and observe it. Is the fish coming from a source that is known to sell unhealthy fish....

One of the fish I will have to replace because I was stupid and didn't read enough on it. The Catalina Goby. Loved the color but didn't see it's more of a cold water fish that doesn't do well over 70 degrees

I personally would do TTM, dosing Prazipro at the onset of transfers 2 & 4. That will deworm your fish and also prophylactically treat for ich. Observe for at least two additional weeks after that, as any other disease (exs. velvet, bacterial infection) should show obvious visible symptoms within that time frame.
