New fish. Is this lymph or ich?

ichabod? Baby tang. Spots dont look like ich look more like raised fuzzy white spots on face and dorsal fin. Is this lymph?

Looks more like some tissue is missing from the dorsal spines. Possible from being netted. Should grow back quickly

Would make sense I dont recall seeing anything on the fish at the store. Was netted for transfer

Looks like and perhaps velvet or brook as well

I wouldn't think velvet the fish was at the store for 30 days doesn't that progress very rapidly? I dont believe they treat their water
