just got through with a ick problem now this. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my Wrasse please.

By the size of those spots it looks as if it could be bacterial or aggression.
Do any of your other fish pick on the Wrasse?

After the ick there is only 3 fish 2 fire fish and wrasse

He dug a path under a rock and goes through it all the time now. He barely fits through it. You think that is the problem. He is scraping himself on the rock?

Looks like infections from the ich insertion points, as best I can guess from the photo.
Kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 for 14 days in QT is the method I’d use to clear. Start as soon as possible as bacterial infections are slow to clear in marine fish.
