Even if they don’t give me my money back or store credit, i won’t abandon them. I’ll take the loss and give them back for free i should have closer inspected myself.

The store should have inspected the fish better, it's on them, not you. Still, giving them the benefit of the doubt, this might have been the first visible outbreak in their system and they just missed it......
