New fish treatment

Hi what do you treat your new fish bought from lfs? I only know about cupramine what about others? Do you use prazipro aswell?? Only asking due to my tank has ich outbreak and dont want this to happen in the future and want to treat all my fish before going in my dt

If your tank currently has an ich outbreak, how will treating the fish help if you then add them to a tank with ich?
Or is this a different tank?
